It's a monster!Dec 18, 2007 I usually don't buy products from lesser-known brands but I wanted the extra power. When I got the blender it was surprisingly heavy and sturdy. The finish is a good quality. All of the buttons are strong and the materials are good. It does not fit under my cabinets with the lid on, but my cabinets are kind of low. The power is awesome and beats anything I have seen in the stores. It is easy (and necessary) to clean the spout.
piece-o-junkJun 28, 2007 After less than one month of moderate use, the blade assembly broke and the pitcher could no longer hold liquid...to the credit of the manufacturer, they replaced it with a comparable model...interesting note...while I purchased this item new, it was 3 years old and was technically out of warranty...go figure!
Really Good!Jun 23, 2007 Been using it daily for a month now and this little rascal is worth it. It is far, far quiter than the cheaper model and the motor is much more powerful. No leaks, no squeeks, no faults.
Back to Basics SHP1000 Smoothie Professional Smoothie MakerJun 08, 2007 This blender; while beautiful to look at; died after only a few short uses. I only used the blender 4 times before the motor burned out. Save your money. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This blender is only good for decorative purposes only
